Why HyperEVM, who needs it, and how this network’s rules differ from the rest — short and to the point.
Not abstract “crypto risks,” but the rules of this network. For each — what happens, and how Mitilena shows it before the Send button.

HYPE on HyperCore and in HyperEVM are different balances of the same address. Mitilena sees HyperEVM. From the trading account, HYPE is moved into EVM inside Hyperliquid (“transfer to EVM”), not with a normal send.

The address matches Ethereum, Arbitrum, and the rest. Sending HYPE “on Arbitrum” is impossible — the coin is not there, and tokens with that name are fakes.

The network has run since 2025: infrastructure around it is still being built. Fewer swap desks and bridges than older networks.

Fees on HyperEVM are paid in HYPE. Without it on the address, nothing can be sent.
In HyperEVM the wallet holds the HYPE coin. Stablecoins are more convenient on Tron, TON, Ethereum, or Solana — they sit next to it in the same app.
The trading account lives on HyperCore; Mitilena talks to HyperEVM. Transfer HYPE into EVM inside Hyperliquid — and it will appear on the same address in the wallet.
Fractions of a cent, in HYPE.
No. HYPE lives on the Hyperliquid network. Tokens with that name on other networks are fakes.
HYPE — yes. For USDT, Tron, TON, Ethereum, or Solana are more convenient — they are in the same Mitilena.
